O'Sullivan, <br /> N. Barnert, - Appropriation Committee <br /> A. Clough, J. Beck, F. Koplow, P. Newman, P. Swanson - School Committee <br /> G. Pierson, J. Maclnnes, F. DiGiamarrino, R. Barnes - School Administrators <br /> D. McCabe, J. Ward, R. Perry, E. Arlan, - Capital Expenditures Committee <br /> W. Welch, President of Lex. Educ. Assoc. sat in on meeting as well as <br /> Lauren McFalls, of Minute Man Newspaper Reporter. <br /> A. Clough opened meeting and all present were introduced. <br /> G. Pierson commented on development of School Budget. <br /> D. McCabe spoke on what capital projects and five year plans the schools may have <br /> T-4 as well as the other Committees that tie-in to schools, such as Recreation. <br /> School Roof Maintenance and repairs were discussed. <br /> er, W. Dailey spoke on Town By-Laws citing fact that non-recurring items were considered <br /> capital. He also asked to have School Closing Committee meet with Appropriation <br /> Committee after reporting to School Committee. <br /> Make-up of Computer Advisory Committee was questioned by P.
