Campbell. <br /> Voted to accept minutes of October 24, 1983 meeting. <br /> Copies of Tax Rate Comparisons for past 5 years; School vs. Town Tax Rates for <br /> same period including school population and costs per pupil data and Town <br /> Manager's memo of explanation were distributed to all members. R. Perry <br /> explained data and answered any questions. <br /> Appropriation Committee joined Selectmen's meeting for overall discussion of <br /> above information and data as well as an explanation of it by Town Manager. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Richard M.
