Cataldo <br /> B. Marshall <br /> cX Recreation/Conservation N. Barnert <br /> Human Services & Library J. Campbell <br /> Committee reviewed memo from W. J. Tonaszuck, Dir. of Public Works to Town Manager <br /> dated October 5, 1983 regarding complete costs involved in construction of All- <br /> Weather Track at Center Playground. <br /> Chairman Dailey reported on conversation with Chairman of the Conservation <br /> Commission. They are looking at possible land purchases at 1984 Annual Town <br /> Meeting and would be in to this committee as situations progress. <br /> Chairman Dailey also reported on the fact that a citizen's committee is considering <br /> soliciting donations for construction of lights for one of the center ball fields, <br /> in liew of requesting town funds. <br /> Barry Marshall to report to TMMA of the willingness of this committee to partici- <br /> pate in a meeting on town finances. <br /> The committee was furnished copies of the "Selectmen-Town Manager Act Review <br /> Committee" report and asked to read it and offer any comments on it. A new <br /> budget timetable is part of this report, with the recommendation that this section <br /> be added to the Town By-Laws, rather than become part of the legislation. <br /> Minutes of the meetings of this committee will be submitted to the members <br /> for acceptance before being typed into the official records. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> ./iclar..--04,4,P 'Mt <br /> Richard M.
