Borrowing in <br /> anticipation of State funds is 75% State and 25% Town Funds - over <br /> 25% for this is in highway operating (street paving) budget. ($150,000 <br /> from State and $50,000 in highway budget.) <br /> Art. 40-Street Acceptance - of subdivision streets, 1st part of article -. <br /> Second part of article for Acceptance and Construction: <br /> Priority: 1. Garfield St. - $40,000 needed (10,000 betterment charges) <br /> 2. Meadowbrook Ave. - 16 homes ($37,000 betterment charges) <br /> Wellington Lane - $172,000 needed <br /> 3. Spencer St. - $15,000 needed ($10,000 betterment charges) <br /> 4.
