Toye, <br /> G. Silverman. <br /> Meeting joined by F. Rosenberg and Sara Arnold of Transportation Advisory <br /> Committee. Submitted report on operation since start of Lexpress and projected <br /> budget for F.Y. 83. Hope to institute "chair car" service next September <br /> within budget request of $176,000. <br /> Discussed P. W. Equipment Article re: $132,000 amount approved by this <br /> Committee, also CMARC Article of $5,000 and request of L.H.A. for $7,500 <br /> Legal Fees. Will probe further on all three before making decision. <br /> Reviewed areas to be discussed further before Town Meeting. Chairman to <br /> talk to Recreation and Conservation Committee Chairmen and will hopefully <br /> develop information on L.H.A. and Citizen Articles.
