Pierson - Major increases are: <br /> Fuel & Utility up $ 130,000 <br /> Special Needs up 230,000 <br /> Staff increments 140,000 <br /> Contract Negotiations 1,000,000 <br /> $1,500,000 <br /> Cuts in Personnel - 30 Staff and 4 Non-Classified to be deleted in '83. <br /> Per Pupil cost up about 10% for next year from approximately $3,000 to $3,300. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Richard M.
