J Snyder discussed <br /> where the project currently stands having opened bids on May 7, 2001. Discussed <br /> the contingency being requested by the PBC. <br /> • T Griffths indicated that the CEC was positive and upbeat although not quite <br /> unanimous in support of the new estimated cost. <br /> • Majority of the AC does not support the proposed Tree By-Law. <br /> • AC voted 6/2/1 opposing the Peter Kelley amendment <br /> • If P Kelley amendment fails the AC voted to take the $213,000 from"free cash" <br /> 6/2 <br /> • Motion to amend to cut $ 85,000 from Planning, $90,000 from Schools, with the <br /> remaining $ 38,000 coming from"free cash". Vote 5/3/1. <br /> • General discussion of Fiscal 2003 projections <br /> ac.05.10.01 <br />
