Discussion centered <br /> around Cherry Sheet discretionary aid(possibly$136,000) and the spending <br /> requirements for school building maintenance as established by Section 241 of the <br /> budget act. Need to verify compliance with J Moynihan. Also discussed the required <br /> school spending at regional vocational schools. <br /> • Distributed Assoc. of Town Finance Committees Newsletter, July 1998. <br /> • Annual ATFC meeting will be held on October 24, 1998 <br /> • Distributed set of AC and CEC Reports to Town Meeting <br /> • General discussion of possible school capital request and possible Special Town <br /> Meeting and election. <br /> • AC should attempt to show costs associated with going forward with a school project <br /> a year later. <br /> • Meeting schedule: Cancel August 27th, schedule Sept 8, 15 and October 1St <br /> • Motion: to adjourn.
