Don Chisolm will attend the AC meeting on Wednesday, March 25, <br /> 1998 prior to the Annual Town Meeting. <br /> • Article 10 was discussed and the estimated costs associated with a$ 3,000,000 <br /> project. The estimated cost for the average ratepayer would be in the area of$ 16 per <br /> year. It is estimated that it would take 1-1/2 years to expend the $ 3,000,000 and <br /> another six months to analyze the results. Is there a need to go forward with the <br /> second year appropriation request until such time as we have documentation as to the <br /> • results of phase one? <br /> • MOTION: Approve the$ 3,000,000 request.
