Meeting was not well <br /> attended. <br /> • Motion to accept previous meeting minutes <br /> • P Lapointe discussed the November 19, 1997 Special Town Meeting. There is a need <br /> for the AC to monitor the Library fund raising program. <br /> • I Mroczowski and S Coit discussed their attendance at the MMRVHS finance <br /> Committee meeting. Need to appoint a member of the Lexington AC to the <br /> MMRVHS Fin Corn. S Coit will be our representative. <br /> • AC would like two sets of Town Manager's Fy 99 budget document. <br /> • P Lapointe discussed the"gang of 8"meetings. AC attendees are P Lapointe, R <br /> Borghesani and J Ryan. MMRVHS attendees will be S Coit and R Pawliczek <br /> • Committee Assignments: <br /> Capital: P Hamburger, S Coit <br /> Schools: R Borghesani, R Pawliczek, A Levine <br /> DPW: I Mroczowski, R Colwell <br /> Fiscal Policy: P Lapointe, C Abbott <br /> Town Report: A Levine <br /> • AC need to prepare a report with CEC <br /> • A Levine feels that the AC should focus on a few limited issues. <br /> • Meeting schedule: Dec. 18th, January 8, 22"d, February 5th and 26th <br /> ac 12.4 <br />
