APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE MEETING <br /> WEDNESDAY, APRIL 12, 1995 <br /> DIRECTOR'S ROOM, CARY HALL, 7:00 PM <br /> * Present: P Lapointe, C Coughlin, J Pagett, M Miley, M Mairson, R Leone, <br /> R Borghesani, L Peck, J Ryan <br /> * Absent: R Neumeier <br /> * General discussion of the overheads produced by R Leone for tonight's meeting <br /> * P Lapointe discussed the possible amendments to be presented tonight: <br /> 1) Remove Lexpress from the override <br /> 2) Remove Police PS from override and replace with library expenses <br /> 3) Remove Police PS from override and replace with municipal services <br /> * Possible D McKenna split to be proposed <br /> * Non binding resolution to be offered re bundle vs non bundle <br /> * General discussion of the Lexpress request being removed from the override. AC feels <br /> that if it is removed it should be replaced with another program. <br /> * General discussion of the % splits as they appear on the proposed override <br /> * AC need to discus and vote on articles not yet voted on <br /> * Schedule AC meeting for Thursday, April 20 @ 8:00 pm in Comptroller's Office <br /> acmtap 12 <br />
