O'Sullivan introduced two new members - Diana MacLean and Alan Lazarus. <br /> * Discussion regarding meeting to be held with Selectmen. Capital and Pine Meadows <br /> Ad Hoc Committee later in the evening. <br /> * Discussion of Reserve Fund Transfer: <br /> , Fire Expenses S 6,930 <br /> Police/Fire Medical 5,000 <br /> Police Expenses 15,000 <br /> Financial Operations 3,800 <br /> Management Study 25,000 <br /> Fire Coll. Barg. 18,000 <br /> Insurance/Health 36,000 <br /> Financial Operations 2,000 <br /> * There not being a quorum, Chrmn. O'Sullivan to call and poll other members for <br /> approval. <br /> * Discussed the "unforeseen" nature of the S2.000 transfer for a surge protector. <br /> * Committee adjourned to Selectmen's Room. <br /> * M. Rawls of Pine Meadows Committee made a presentation of the Committee's <br /> findings. <br /> * Meeting went into Executive Session. <br /> * June 30th, M.
