FY '88 was supposed to <br /> be supplemented by private funds at which they have not done too well <br /> * Capital Expenditure will write its own report <br /> • Appropriation Committee will generate its own report <br /> * Motion to accept minutes of 1-25-88 - unanimous <br /> * Discuss LCQE Report <br /> * B.
