Campbell R. Perry <br /> H. Muelhmann <br /> Meeting called to Order at 7:40 P.M. <br /> Received and approved minutes of September 28, 1987 meeting <br /> Discussed appropriation transfer from Library for $14,233.54 to cover the emergency <br /> replacement of the air conditioning compressor. <br /> Motion approved to table the request due to the fact that it is still early in the <br /> fiscal year and suggest that the Library attempt to absorb as much of the <br /> short fall as possible. <br /> Chani. °'Su11ivan discussed meeting of October 27 between the Board of Selectmen, <br /> School Committee, Appropriation and Capital Expenditure Committees. <br /> General discussion of current and future School Department. <br /> Discussed possible means of analyzing School expenditures. <br /> Motion to seek copies of past 10 years of School Department Annual Reports filed <br /> with the Department of Education. <br /> Discussed conflict between joint meeting of Boards and Committees scheduled for <br /> December 5th and Finance Committee seminar scheduled at Framingham State. <br /> Chrm O'Sullivan suggested Committee members attend seminar if possible. <br /> Motion to adjourn. <br />
