Muelhmann <br /> G. Burnell <br /> A Meeting called to Order by M. O'Sullivan and immediately recessed <br /> ' Meeting called to Order by J. Ryan for the acceptance of nomination <br /> of Officers <br /> ' M. O'Sullivan nominated as Chairman, seconded and voted unanimously <br /> A R. Ferry nominated as Vice Chairman, seconded and voted unanimously <br /> A J. Ryan nominated as Secretary, seconded and voted unanimously <br /> A Meeting recalled to Order by Chairman O' Sullivan <br /> A Chairman welcomed two new members, Wilma Ponca and Marilyn Mairson <br /> A Tentatively scheduled meeting in December <br /> A Fiscal 1989 to be difficult year, particularly in School Dept. <br /> A Chairman O' Sullivan and committee discussed the possibility of a <br /> management audit being conducted of the school budget along with the <br /> rest of the Town <br /> A Reservations expressed over whether Selectmen would want to go <br /> forward with audit or if new Manager should be placed in the middle <br /> of the issue at this time <br /> A Chairman O' Sullivan would like to have new Manager meet with <br /> committee to discuss recent history <br /> A A.D. Little would conduct audit in the area of $20 to $25K or have <br /> citizen committee review, which could present a problem due to time <br /> required to audit properly <br /> A Deadline would be prior to ' 88 Town Meeting <br /> ' Janet Perry is still the Committee' s choice to serve in PAB if an <br /> opening should occur - unanimous vote <br />
