Campbell <br /> Transfer Request: From Reserve Fund to Hazardous Waste Collection $16,100 <br /> - reason for request presented by J. Marshall, S. Adler and C. Abbott <br /> (L.W.V.) <br /> - greater anticipation than expected <br /> - shared some costs with Lincoln (sharing overhead costs) <br /> - disposal fees have also increased tremendously <br /> - '88 budget request for $30 K <br /> - perhaps do something different for oil disposal <br /> - J. Marshall discussed possibility of a mandatory recycling program <br /> with 5 communities <br /> - approximately 270 took advantage of program with an estimated 30 <br /> to 50 left due to wait <br /> - Motion made and transfer approved unanimously <br /> Transfer Request: From Reserve Fund to Council on Aging $4,000 <br /> Susan Adler discussed request due to the termination of a contract with <br /> Kirk Noyes, Corp. for maintenance of the Senior Center <br /> - Noyes has been released from contract - contract for cleaning went <br /> out to bid on 12-1-86 <br /> - discussed Senior Center heating problems <br /> - L. Gilson asked if transfer not approved what would the consequences <br /> be - cut other programs <br /> - Motion made and transfer made unanimously <br />
