Cosurove , Town Engine er , ii , appropriate money therefor by <br /> the issue of bonds or notes , by transfer from other accounts or <br /> by any or all of such methods , or act in any manner in relation <br /> thereto <br /> Art . 4 . To see if the Town will vote to accept the relocation of <br /> Massachusetts Avenue from the northerly terminus of the present <br /> street line on the former Town Hall property now owned by <br /> Messrs . Rubin & Seligman to the property of Anstiss S . Hunt , <br /> et al , all as laid out by the Selectmen and shown on plan on <br /> file at the Town Clerk ' s Office entitled , " Plan Showing Proposed <br /> Relocation of a Portion of Mass . Ave . , Lexington, Oct . 17 , 1930 , <br /> Scale 1 inch - 20 feet , John T . Cos grove , Town Engineer , " <br /> appropriate money therefor by the issue of bonds or notes , by <br /> transfer from other accounts or by any or all of such methods , <br /> or act in any manner in relation thereto . <br /> Art . 5 . To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to <br /> purchase from Daniel J . O ' Connell a portion of the land and <br /> buildings on Massachusetts Avenue between the site of the <br /> old Town Hall now owned by Rubin and Seligman and the land of <br /> Anstiss S . Hunt , .et al , between the former northeasterly street <br /> line and the new northeasterly street line as laid out by the <br /> Selectmen approximately twenty-eight feet in depth from <br /> Massachusetts Avenue in order to provide for a widening of <br /> Massachusetts Avenue , appropriate money for such purpose by <br /> the issue of bonds , notes , or by transfer from other accounts , <br /> or take any action in relation thereto . <br /> Art . 6 . To see if the town will vote to amend the Lexington <br /> Zoning Dy-Law and Zoning Map by changing to a C . 1 district <br /> all or any of the corner properties now in an R . 1 District at <br /> the junction of Bed `'ord Street, North Hancock Street and Valley <br /> Road .
