MIDDLEEX, SS . <br /> To either of the Constables of the Town of Lexington , in said <br /> County, Greeting ; <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are <br /> directed to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington , <br /> qualified to vote in elections and in town affairs to meet in <br /> the Town Hall , in said Lexington on <br /> MONDAY , THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF JANUARY , 19712At <br /> Eight o ' clock P . M . , then and there to act on the following <br /> articles : <br /> Art . 1 . To receive and act upon a communication addressed to the <br /> Selectmen under date of January , 1927 , by the Isaac 'Harris Cary <br /> _ Educational Fund , printed copies of which will be mailed to voters <br /> together with copies of this warrant . <br /> Art . 2 . To see if the Town will vote to accept a deed of the land <br /> and Memorial Building offered to the Town in said communication . <br /> Art . 3 . To see if the Town will authorize and direct the Selectmen <br /> in the name and on behalf of the Town to execute and deliver to <br /> Isaac Harris Cary Educational Fund an agreement binding the Town <br /> and its successors to care for , maintain and repair said Memorial <br /> Building as contemplated in the wills of Eliza Cary Farnham and <br /> Susanna E. Cary, and use the same in the manner and for the pur - <br /> poses therein expressed . <br /> Art . 4 . To see if the Town will appoint a Committee to. consider <br /> the advisability of the erection of a town office building , or of <br /> repairs to , or sale or other disposition of the Town Hall building <br /> or property. <br /> • <br /> Art . 5 . To take any action relating to the matters referred to in <br /> the foregoing Articles or any of them . <br /> Hereof , fail not , and made due return of this Warrant , with your <br /> doings thereon , to the Town Clerk , on or before the time of said <br /> meeting . <br /> Given under our hands , at Lexington , this twelfth day of January, <br /> A .
