M . <br /> Art 1 . To receive the report of any Board of Town Officers or of <br /> any Committee of the Town , and to ars _ oint other Committees . <br /> Art . ? . To see if the town will vote to transfer the proceeds from <br /> the sale of the Town Hall property , namely q50 , 001 . 00 to the credit <br /> of New Tovyn Office Building acc -lunt , or act in any manner relating <br /> thereto . <br /> • <br /> Art . 3 . To see if the Town will vote to install street lights in <br /> York Street . <br /> • <br /> Art . 4 . To see if the Town will vote to sell the schoolhouse lot <br /> on Concord Avenue , containing approximately 15 , 650 square feet of <br /> land , or act in any manner relating thereto . <br /> Art . 5 . To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen <br /> to sell all or any portion of the Almshouse property and contents , <br /> or act in any manner relating thereto . <br /> Art . 6 . To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to <br /> report to the Annual Town Meeting in March , 1928 , their recommenda - <br /> tions as to the purchase of land to be used by the Public ' forks <br /> Department for the storage of material and equipment , and as a site <br /> for a new building to house the Fire Department , or act in any <br /> manner relating thereto . <br /> Art . 7 . To see if the Town will vote to amend the first paragraph <br /> of Article III , section 5 of the Code of By- Laws of - 19'‘J? by sub - <br /> stituting therefore the following : <br /> " The annual meeting of the Town shall be ct.illed for six <br /> o ' clock in the morning and thereafter the polls shall be <br /> oven continuously for voting until eight o ' clock in the <br /> evening . Immediately upon the announcement of the result <br /> of the voting , such meeting shall stand adjourned until <br /> eight o ' clock in the evening of the following Monday . " <br /> Art . 8 . To see if the Town will vote to transfer sums of money <br /> from the General Revenue and Surplus Account to the following <br /> accounts : Town Treasurer ; Parks & Playgrounds ; Village Hall ; <br /> Street Signs ; Highway Maintenance ; Repairing and painting Poor <br /> Farm Buildings ; Bedford Street damages ; Selectmen ; Board of Health ; <br /> Sidewalks ; Law ; Forest Fires ; Interest ; Soldiers Relief . <br /> Art . 9 . To hear the report of the committee appointed under <br /> Article 63 of the Town Meeting held MLrch 16 , 191) 5 to investigate <br /> and report on the question of establishing a permanent memorial to <br /> the Veterans of all Wars . <br />
