RECEIVED <br /> Town of Lexington 2022 22 IP, Ill , 5�55 pim <br /> �'n MpP <br /> - a <br /> APkIIL 19" <br /> r�-k1 ry Cr'S'p� <br /> LEXINGTON.. <br /> Economic Development Advisory Committee(EDAC) <br /> Minutes of Meeting Monday, January 10th, 2022 <br /> A meeting of the EDAC was held virtually on Monday, January 10th, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. via <br /> zoom. <br /> Members Present: Rick DeAngelis, Chair; Vice-Chair Larry Smith; Charlie Minasian; Lisa <br /> Murray; Bridger McGaw; David Pronchick; Mark Sandeen, BOS liaison; Joe Pato, BOS liaison; <br /> Charles Hornig, Planning Board liaison <br /> Staff Present: Sandhya Iyer, EDD; Casey Hagerty, EDC; <br /> 8:00 am The meeting was called to order. <br /> 1. A motion was made and seconded to recommend support to the Select Board for the <br /> Planned Development project at 475 Bedford Street with the inclusion of language <br /> regarding best practices included in the MOU and ongoing cooperation with the <br /> developer and Town of Lexington and other government entities on all levels. The <br /> motion passed by a roll call vote 7-0. <br /> 2. A motion was made and seconded to recommend support to the Select Board for the <br /> Planned Development project at 95/99 Hayden Ave with the inclusion of language <br /> regarding best practices included in the MOU and ongoing cooperation with the <br /> developer and Town of Lexington and other government entities on all levels. The <br /> motion passed by a roll call vote 7-0. <br /> 3.
