Parrish, Jr. , Chairman of the Board of Retirement met <br /> and advised the Appropriation Committee on the question of funding <br /> the Retirement System. <br /> Motion made and approved for a Reserve Transfer of $10, 000 to <br /> Acct. #1125 Fire & Police Medical Expense account. <br /> Committee discussed having a later date for Town Meeting. Recommen- <br /> dation to Board of Selectmen to hold Town Meeting 5-6 weeks after <br /> election. <br /> R. M. Hutchinson, Jr. , Town Manager, joined the meeting to discuss <br /> the problem of overtime in Police and Fire Departments . They will <br /> need $70, 000 to fund this problem. Funds should be requested from <br /> the Reserve Fund, per Appropriation Committee. <br /> Meetings will be scheduled for Dec . 7 and.
