Kutchin. <br /> Discussed Article 13-Section 5 By-Law of Appropriation Committee <br /> Report being distributed to each household vs . making it available <br /> to all interested parties at the Town Office Building or at the <br /> Library. <br /> MOTION: Voted not to change Article 13. Defeated 4 to 3 . <br /> MOTION: Voted to change Section 5 of Article 13 of General <br /> By-Laws as follows : carried 6-1 . <br /> The Committee shall prior to each Annual Town <br /> Meeting for the transaction of business , prepare, <br /> publish and distribute by making copies available <br /> at the Office of the Town Clerk, and at the Main <br /> Library and Branch Library, and by mailing to <br /> each elected Town Official, including Town Meeting <br /> Members, a budget showing in detail the anticipated <br /> income and expenditures of the Town for the then <br /> current year, together with its advice and recom- <br /> mendations with reference to the various appro- <br /> priations of the town funds, and other municipal <br /> matters coming before such Town Meeting. This <br /> publication may be combined with and distributed <br /> at the same time as the Capital Expenditures <br /> Committee Report. <br /> Robert M.
