Land Acquisition Proposal Discussion 45 minutes <br /> The subcommittee and guests discussed various approaches to ensuring that affordable housing <br /> is considered when the Town has a land acquisition opportunity. <br /> The subcommittee agreed on the following next steps: <br /> ■ Set up a meeting with Carol Kowalski for her advice on implementing such a process. <br /> Ms. Cohen will draft a letter and Ms.Weiss will review it. <br /> ■ Mr. Pressman will contact Mr. Pato to solicit his advice on ensuring that affordable <br /> housing is considered in Town land acquisitions. <br /> 3. Set Next Meeting 3 minutes <br /> The next meeting will be on January 11, 2022 at 7:00 pm. <br /> 4. Adjourn Meeting <br /> Ms. Cohen moved adjournment and Ms. Weiss seconded the motion.The motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br />
