RECEIVED <br /> 022 28 Jain, 910 ain't <br /> TOWN <br /> Minutes of the Community Preservation Committee <br /> LEXINGTON eRK <br /> cLCLu nn <br /> Thursday, December 16, 2021 <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Remote Zoom Meeting <br /> Meeting ID: 890 2963 9153 <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Committee Members Present: Marilyn Fenollosa (Chair); Charles Hornig (Vice-Chair), Jeanne <br /> Krieger, David Langseth, Joe Pato, Bob Pressman, Lisah Rhodes, Melinda Walker. <br /> Administrative Assistant: Gina Federico <br /> Absent: David Horton <br /> Other Attendees: David Kanter; Vice-Chair, Capital Expenditures Committee liaison to the CPC <br /> Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. <br /> Needs Assessment- Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the 2021 Needs Assessment <br /> Report, copies of which had been made available on-line. She noted that a public hearing is <br /> required by Section 5(b)(1) of the Community Preservation Act to determine "the needs, <br /> possibilities and resources of the city or town regarding community preservation possibilities <br /> and resources, notice of which shall be posted publicly and published for each of two weeks <br /> preceding a hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the city or town." Ms. Fenollosa <br /> stated that the public hearing had been advertised in the Lexington Minuteman on December 2 <br /> and December 9 and on the Town's "Link to Lexington" email service on December 10. <br /> There being no public present to ask questions and/or make comments, the public hearing was <br /> subsequently closed. Ms. Fenollosa requested a motion for the report to be accepted and <br /> placed on the CPC website. The motion was made, seconded and approved by unanimous vote. <br /> Other business -There being no further business of the Committee, a motion to adjourn was <br /> duly made, seconded and approved by unanimous vote. The public hearing was adjourned at <br /> 7:12 PM. <br /> The following documents were submitted at the meeting: <br /> 1) CPA Needs Assessment Report dated December, 2021 <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Gina Federico <br />
