TOWN CLERK <br /> Call to Order LEENGTON NAA <br /> A meeting of the Lexington Housing Assistance Board (LexHAB)was called to order at 7:10 am. LexHAB members <br /> present were Bob Burbidge (Chair),Tara Mizrahi, Henry Liu, Donna Leary and Robert Phelan Also, present were Pearlene <br /> Varjabedian (LexHAB Housing Director), Robert Pressman (Housing Partnership Board) and Doug Lucente (Select Board <br /> Liaison). Absent were Gerry Howell (Treasurer), Lester Savage (Vice Chair) and Regina Brown (Financial Administrator) <br /> Minutes review of October 6,2021, Meeting <br /> Motion to accept meeting minutes-all in favor <br /> Tenant Selection Plan Discussion <br /> Henry Liu reviewed the Tenant Selection Plan and will be finalizing next month. <br /> Financial Statements <br /> Bob Burbidge reviewed statements. Question on the Farmview solar credits? <br /> Bob Pressman had questions regarding the CDs at Patriot—when they end are the funds freed up because <br /> of the mortgage? <br /> Bob Phelan responded that it is posted as collateral and cannot be touched. <br /> Vine Street Discussion <br /> Bob Burbidge reviewed <br /> • Refined the design taking not consideration the neighbor concerns and feedback <br /> • Looked at the design of homes on Vine Street <br /> • Parking got reduced to ten spaces. Vine Street cannot support street parking. Discussed changes <br /> allowing two spots per family. <br /> • Doug Lucente - referred to article to reduce residential parking from two to one. Regulations will <br /> change to one spot per unit. <br /> • Desire to increase parking spots from 10 to 12 is moving along <br /> • Tara Mizrahi discussed design of Bar structure <br /> • Timeline of construction to start Summer/Fall 2022 <br /> • Bob Pressman indicated CPA request for funds are due November 1 <br /> Marketing Initiative Reviewed <br /> • Bob Burbidge reviewed status <br /> • Marketing firm is requesting photos of properties <br /> • Minuteman/Lex Media doing the video <br /> • Colonial Times will be conduct marketing for the Legacy Campaign <br /> Task Force Updates <br /> • Solar Power Development reviewed. Lester has been in touch with contact regarding Solar Panel. <br /> • Stella Bar—is no longer with TOL but she will be replaced <br /> • There is a promise of$9 million to Town of Lexington <br /> • Doug Lucente indicated that it is on the list of ARPA fund discussion <br />
