He stated that when the developer submitted a plan <br /> change request to add the deck in June 2019, the wrong site plan was provided to and approved <br /> by the Commission. The original site plan showed an incorrect 100-foot buffer zone and when <br /> the final as-built was being completed, it was realized that the deck was actually built within the <br /> 100-foot buffer zone. <br />
