Town of Lexington RECEIVED <br /> 'n Mpq <br /> 2021 21 1 , 3 pIIm <br /> d" 3 <br /> INCO <br /> S - a <br /> APkIIL Iā¢ <br /> Economic Development Advisory Committee(EDAC) O <br /> Minutes of Meeting Thursday, September 16th, 2021 LEXINGTON <br /> A meeting of the EDAC was held virtually on Thursday, September 16th, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. via <br /> zoom. <br /> Members Present: Rick DeAngelis, Chair; Charlie Minasian; Co-Vice Chair George Burnell, <br /> Co-Vice Chair Larry Smith; Lisa Murray; Bridger McGaw; David Pronchick; Mark Sandeen, <br /> BOS liaison; Joe Pato, BOS liaison; Charles Hornig, Planning Board liaison <br /> Staff Present: Sandhya Iyer, Carol Kowalski <br /> Guests Present: Erin Sandler-Rathe, Chamber of Commerce; Stephanie Cronin, Executive <br /> Director of Middlesex 3 Coalition <br /> 8:05 am The meeting was called to order. <br /> 1) Middlesex 3 Coalition goals and programs were presented by Stephanie Cronin. The <br /> committee discussed if Lexington is leveraging resources offered by the membership- <br /> based organization and the different Economic Development and Transportation projects <br /> that the Town is specifically working on with Middlesex 3 Coalition. <br /> 2) Erin Sandler-Rathe and the Staff provided updates on current Economic Development <br /> projects including the Business Guide. The staff provided updates about processes such <br /> as Design Review Team (DRT) and Permit Round-Up that streamline the internal review <br /> and permit sequence processes for projects. <br /> 10:00 am <br /> Motion to adjourn made by Mr. McGaw and seconded by Mr. Smith.
