The board agreed that the <br /> Contractors were appropriate and had experience. <br /> Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to 8 <br /> Parker Street.Motion carried, all in favor. <br /> Chair Eccles opened the formal hearing for 1312 Massachusetts Ave, exterior changes in the Munroe Tavern <br /> Historic District <br /> Documents <br /> Proposed Alterations sheet <br /> Photographs of Existing House <br /> Todd Cataldo,representing the owners, said they would like the fence for safety reasons.
