Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to 25 <br /> Hancock Street per Manufacturer's Cut Sheet. Motion carried, all in favor. <br /> Chair Eccles opened the continued hearing for 1853 Massachusetts Ave exterior changes to the exterior in the <br /> Battle Green Historic District. <br /> Documents <br /> Plans: Silver City Glass, INC <br /> The Board felt the new plans were an improvement from last meeting but had an issue with the thickness of the <br /> horizontal line. <br /> Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to 1853 <br /> Massachusetts Avenue with the following stipulations: window is kept for future owners,lower center pane <br /> is what slides over and carries weight across for uniformity. Motion carried, all in favor. <br /> Chair Eccles opened the continued hearing for 773 Massachusetts Avenue for exterior changes in the East <br /> Village Historic District. <br /> Documents: <br /> Work Scope Narrative <br /> Materials List <br /> Board agreed that the demo of the garage was appropriate and necessary. They wanted to confirm with the <br /> applicant the size, color, material and location of shed. <br /> Applicant, Thomas Montanan confirmed the Reed Ferry Shed was 10X12 with cedar clapboards painted to match <br /> the house color(cream). Location of shed will be in back of the footprint of existing garage.
