Documents: Work Scope Narrative Materials List Board agreed that the demo of the garage was appropriate and necessary. They wanted to confirm with the applicant the size, color, material and location of shed. Applicant, Thomas Montanan confirmed the Reed Ferry Shed was 10X12 with cedar clapboards painted to match the house color(cream). Location of shed will be in back of the footprint of existing garage. Confirmed there will be no shutters and no vinyl siding.
