IV. Review of Working Vision and Goals, Objectives, Ideas <br /> Daphne Politis, Community Circle, reviewed feedback and changes made to the <br /> Working Vision and Goals draft document. Martha Lyon, Martha Lyon Landscape <br /> Architecture, explained how the goals and objectives are ordered. As more public <br /> input is collected, the document will change and expand. The CPAC provided <br /> comments regarding the order and wording of the goals and objectives. <br /> V. Public Outreach <br /> Daphne Politis, Community Circle, discussed the upcoming public forum on June <br /> 15th, where project Co-Leads will compile public input. Ms. Politis encourages the <br /> CPAC to submit photos of locations in Lexington that they enjoy. These photos will <br /> be posted on the CPAC website, LexingtonNext.org. <br /> VI. Next Steps <br /> • Ms. Politis and Ms. Lyon discussed the upcoming stakeholder interviews that <br /> will take place in the upcoming weeks. <br /> • The next meeting will take place on July 6th to discuss the June 15th Public <br /> Forum event results. <br /> Chris Senna moved that the CPAC adjourn. Chris Herbert seconded the motion. The <br /> Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee(CPAC) voted in favor of motion 8-0-0.
