IV.Defining Glossary Terms <br /> Daphne Politis presented a glossary of terms. The CPAC collaborated on their <br /> definitions and descriptions. These terms included diversity, equity, affordable <br /> housing, people of color, structural/systematic racism. This discussion will continue <br /> in upcoming meetings. <br /> V. Review of Project Timeline and Community Engagement Plan <br /> Daphne presented a timeline of LexingtonNext to outline the upcoming community <br /> outreach and engagement, and document writing which will be conducted by both <br /> Project Co-Leads. The CPAC collaborated on community outreach and engagement <br /> methods and how to engage various residents who typically have not been able to <br /> participate in the LexingtonNext due to various limitations. <br /> VI.Next CPAC Meeting Date <br /> After some discussion, the CPAC will meet on April 20, 2021 despite an interference <br /> with <br /> Marilyn Fenollosa moved that the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) adjourn. <br /> Patrick seconded the motion.The Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) voted in <br /> favor of motion 7-0-0.
