RECEIVED <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE 2021 29 IIMov, IM pii7'i <br /> MEETING MINUTES TOWN CLERK <br /> LEXINGTON MA <br /> September 14, 2021 <br /> The Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) meeting, held virtually through Zoom, <br /> could not be officially called to order as a Public Meeting due to a lack of a quorum. <br /> CPAC Members Present: Chris Herbert, Co-Chair; Larry Freeman; Rich McDonough; Hema Bhatt; <br /> Leonard Morse-Fortier; Sarah Felton, Co-Chairjoined the meeting at a later time. <br /> CPAC Liaisons Present: Bob Creech, Liaison of the Planning Board; Melanie Thompson, Liaison <br /> of the Planning Board; Mark Sandeen, Liaison of the Select Board <br /> Staff Members Present: Carol Kowalski, Assistant Town Manager for Development; Amanda <br /> Loomis, Planning Director; Molly Belanger, Land Use Planner <br /> Consultants Present (Co-Leads): Daphne Politis, Community Circle; Martha Lyon, Martha Lyon <br /> Landscape Architecture <br /> I. Meeting Opening <br /> The meeting was not officially opened as an Official Public Meeting as a quorum was <br /> not present. <br /> 11. Overview of September 21st Housing Public Forum Daphne Politis, Community <br /> Circle, asked the CPAC to discuss what went well during the event and what could <br /> be improved for next time. Many CPAC members highlighted successes of the <br /> event. <br /> • Martha Lyon, Marthy Lyon Landscape Architecture, discussed the agenda for <br /> the forum and announced the speakers, Elizabeth Rust of Regional Housing <br /> Authority, Judy Barrett, Ms. Lyon, and Ms. Politis. Co-Chairs, Chris Herbert <br /> and Sarah Felton, will also participate in the forum to introduce the speakers. <br /> • Ms. Lyon and Ms. Politis discussed the forum poll questions and presentation <br /> data with the CPAC. <br /> III. Next Steps <br /> • Ms. Loomis discussed the LexingtonNext.org website and public input survey <br /> opportunities with Social Pinpoint, which are surveys available on the <br /> website. <br /> • Molly Belanger, Planner gave the CPAC an overview of the current survey <br /> responses on Social Pinpoint. <br /> 1 <br />
