Approved. <br /> Reports/Updates <br /> • 475 Bedford Street (former Boston Sports Club) easement request. Keith reported no change <br /> in status. The developer is expected to be in front of Planning Board soon. <br /> 0 Jefferson Drive Trail Connector to Burlington Landlocked Forest. Keith reported that the <br /> engineer for the development has completed the permit application for the Lexington <br /> Conservation Commission with an appearance scheduled for October 25. Mike will represent <br /> GCC. Plans are to complete the permit for the Burlington Commission in time for their Oct 28 <br /> meeting. Mike hopes the trail to be built with help from NEMBA and Friends of the Landlocked <br /> Forest shortly thereafter. <br /> • Wayfinding Sign project. The signs have been installed at all 16 locations. They were <br /> designed by Mike, installed by Stephen, Bob, and Keith. The project is considered completed. <br /> • Bridge School Boardwalk. The build has been completed under Mal's direction. Mal will be <br /> planning additional work to realign the approach trail later in the fall, labor to be provided by <br /> GCC and other volunteers. <br /> • FY23 Program Improvement Request.
