The two above-ground propane tanks are within the 25-50 foot buffer zone and the generator is within the 50-100 foot buffer zone. The property owners, Mr. Robert and Ms. Ellan Siegel, stated that they are not proposing or intending to install a fence around the equipment. A special condition will be added that, if the utility trenching and backfilling will not be completed in one day, erosion control will be installed. On a motion by Mr. Langseth and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 6-0 by roll call vote to approve the Conservation Plan Modification request.
