tft <br /> Lexington Housing Partnership Board <br /> Meeting Minutes for September 7,2021 <br /> Attendees: Harriet Cohen, Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti,Jeri Foutter, Mary Haskell,Joe Pato, Bob Peters, <br /> Bob Pressman, Melanie Thompson, Melinda Walker, Betsey Weiss,John Zhao <br /> Absent: Paul Linton, Wendy Manz <br /> Guests: Ingrid Klimoff, Margaret Heitz, Charles Hornig <br /> The Housing Partnership Board (HPB) meeting was chaired by Jeri Foutter and minutes were taken by <br /> Harriet Cohen. <br /> 1. Call to Order <br /> The HPB was called to order at 5:00 pm. Attendance was taken. <br /> 2. Affordable Housing Trust& Housing Development Corporation/Community Development <br /> Corporation Letter <br /> The HPB has been asked to submit a letter in support of for the creation of an Affordable <br /> Housing Study Committee and for the charge for the Affordable Housing Committee as stated in <br /> the charge revised on August 24, 2021. Alternative formulations of the letter were discussed. <br /> The HPB did not reach a consensus on the letter.The HPB renewed its support for its previous <br /> decision that the final text of the letter would be determined by Ms. Foutter, Ms.Weiss, and <br /> Ms. Cohen. <br /> 3. Adjournment <br /> Ms. Cohen moved to adjourn the meeting the Housing Partnership Board. Ms. Weiss seconded <br /> the motion.The motion was approved unanimously. <br />
