<br />LDAC <br />EXINGTONESIGNDVISORYOMMITTEE <br />10 February 2016 <br />To: Board of Appeals <br />Re: 55 Allen Street, BINA Farm Center - Sign application <br />The Design Advisory Committee (DAC) reviewed the proposed signs at our regular meeting on February 3, 2016 <br />and had the following comments and recommendations. <br />After reviewing the application the DAC determined that although the signs were installed without prior approval <br />the signs as presented are acceptable and recommend approval of this application. <br />If any further changes are made to the signs, location or project scope as presented the DAC asks that the <br />applicant notify the DAC for review and approval prior to implementation of any changes. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Timothy D.
