Installed a 48 foot fence along the side yard, next to the driveway. The fence measures <br />between 5 feet-6 feet tall. The material used was a white cedar. All in Favor <br />7:05 PM <br />1357 Massachusetts Avenue: <br /> William Erickson, exterior architectural changes in the Battle <br />Green District. Proposed plans for expansion of several existing spaces and addition of a new <br />mudroom from plans dated September 8, 2015. The mudroom will be an access point from the <br />detached garage to the north side of the property. The mudroom foundation will use existing <br />material of granite veneer, with a copper roof. The current porch will be insulated and turned into <br />a year round sunroom. A portion of the East wall along the central stair will be bumped out to <br />create a study and a hall connecting the family room to the living room. A portion of the <br />southeast corner will be extended on all three floors-including the living room, bedrooms, and <br />attic. All approved on condition of continuation for door manufacturer and light fixtures used on <br />back porch. <br />7:10 PM <br />46 Bedford Street: <br /> Eric Brown, exterior architectural changes in the Battle Green District. He <br />proposed hanging vertical banners between the existing banner rods on the building. The banner <br />rods were installed when building was constructed, and banner concepts were also previously <br />part of the approved design.. The banners have three styles with vinyl materials being used, <br />hanging from seven rods. The colors for the patterns are yellow/gold as shown on the September <br />1, 2015 drawing. The banners would be 7’-2”tall and 1”-6” wide. Approved, 3 in favor: 2 <br />opposed. <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br />40 Hancock Street: <br /> Jane and Stephen Williamson, exterior architectural changes in the <br />Hancock Clarke District.
