MEETING MINUTES <br /> BOARD OF REGISTRARS <br /> November 3, 2020 <br /> The meeting of the Board of Registrars was called to order at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, November <br /> 3, 2020, the meeting or"work session"was held in person in the Town Clerk's Office, 1625 <br /> Massachusetts Avenue. <br /> Present: Registrars, Gordon Jones, Chair, Judy Moore, Mark Vitunic, Town Clerk, Nathalie <br /> Rice. Town Clerk staff worked in the Office while the Registrars tallied results. <br /> Hand Count Tallying of Overseas/Military ballots,Absentee and Mail-in voted ballots: <br /> The Board of Registrars worked in support of the Clerk's Office staff on Election night, <br /> tallying hand count ballots and double checking results. Mr. Jones reported the results of <br /> the Election to the AP at the end of the night. <br /> The working meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Nathalie L.
