Tree Committee Meeting — 8:00 AM June 24, 2021 <br /> Attending: Gerry Paul (Co-chair), Pat Moyer, Nancy Sofen, Gloria Bloom,Jim Wood, Marty <br /> Kvaal. Absent: Mark Connor <br /> Agenda Items: <br /> 1. Appointed Gerry Paul scribe. <br /> 2. Tree Bylaw Enforcement report— Nancy presented the responses (attached) from Dave <br /> Pinsonneault to her report (attached). She noted that the explanations for the sites at <br /> 16 Grapevine Ave, 198 Bedford St, and 3 Underwood Ave were reasonable but that the <br /> responses to 19 Locke Lane and 193-195 Bedford St were cause for continued concern. <br /> She also noted that there was no response to the issues of enforcement of replacement <br /> inch requirements for trees greater than 24" and for protection of trees during <br /> construction. <br /> 3. We developed a list of follow-up questions that Nancy will send to Dave and ask for a <br /> written response.
