Mr. Lane Goldberg, Attorney, and Mr. Chi Man, Project Engineer, presented before the Commission. An updated plan was provided to the Commission with a more detailed planting plan than what was provided at the previous meeting. A comment was made that the plants should be planted more randomly rather than in a linear pattern as shown, however the plant inventory is accepted by the Commission. On a motion by Mr. Langseth and seconded by Ms. Samuels, the Commission voted 6-0 by roll call vote to approve this request as an Insignificant Plan Change, and to include a Condition that the proposed planting plan be more random than linear. Due to the deck's proximity to the wetlands, it was asked what Mr. Michaud was planning to do in order to drain his Jacuzzi and eliminate any drainage towards the wetlands. Mr. Michaud responded that he does have a wet pump and will also research other drainage methods. Mr. Michaud will provide details at the next meeting regarding the blue stone patio specifications to ensure it is installed as a pervious surface.
