The couple resided in New Yark and Vermont to support Bill's career in <br /> academia,enjaying coliege campus life at Caoper Union, Columbia University and <br /> Bennington Coliege, where he was appointed President; and <br /> Whereas: the couple raised two children - Tom and Ana. Upon Bill's death, Hattie attended and <br /> graduated from Goddard, and subsequently worked at Harvard and Radcliffe Colleges. <br /> She married Don Price, a Harvard prafessor in 1971 and cantinued to take in classes, <br /> concerts, lectures, work with a number of volunteer groups and make trips abroad. �ver <br /> much of her life she alsa pursued art in various forms; and <br /> Whereas: Hattie has been calling the Tawn of Lexingtan home since July 10,2002; and <br /> Whereas: Hattie remains in touch with friends and family,enjoys music,baoks and palitics. <br /> NQW, 7'HEREFQRE, YV�, THE SELECT BOARD of the Town af Lexington, Massachusetts, do <br /> hereby recagnize: <br /> I�arriet "Hattie"Fels F�ice <br /> on the occasion of her Clne Hundred First birthday on June S, 2Q21 and wish her well on this auspiciaus <br /> occasion. <br /> IN WITNESS WHERE�F, we have set our hands and caused the seal of Lexingtan to be affixed <br /> herewith on the 14th day of June. <br /> I . �I.��.,,� � � �,�..� <br /> JlIL .
