Gutters and downspout will be aluminum <br />Exteriors doors will be wood. Style as shown on drawings. <br />The house will be set back according to the Plot Plan date June 29, 2015 <br />Buffer Zone of plantings at the Byron Street side and the Maple Street side <br />The following items are outstanding and will require additional review and an updated CoFA before <br />construction: <br />Exterior paint colors <br />Fence style, color and location <br />Roofing manufacturer, style and color <br />Garage door manufacturer, style <br />Window style and manufacturer. The banners are 6 <br />½’ tall by 18” wide. There will be 4 banners on one side of the building and 3 banners on the other side. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Discussion <br />Woburn and Mass Ave Intersection <br /> Mass Ave Signalization Chair Lynn spoke with the Commission regarding this project.
