Replace w /natural stone steppers to match existing in locations shown on plan <br />• New fence and gate in front and side yard locations shown on plan <br />o Walpole Woodworkers Chestnut Hill Style <br />o 3' -0" tall pickets <br />o Colonial caps on fence posts <br />o Chestnut Hill 6' -0" wide double gate <br />• Top of gate curves up <br />o Color to match house trim: Benjamin Moore "Feather Down" #953 <br />• New 4' -0' wide gate @ rear drive parking. <br />o Chestnut Hill style 4' -0" wide single gate to match rest of installation <br />• New hedge replacing existing hedge in front of new fence <br />o Hedge to be a minimum of 4' -0" tall @ time of planting. <br />All in favor. <br />7:05 PM <br />1874 Massachusetts Avenue: This project should have been listed as an informal hearing. Colin Smith discussed <br />exterior architectural changes in the Battle Green District. He proposed to replace the Cary Library South entrance wood <br />doors with aluminum framed glass doors. The Commission did not feel replacing wood doors with aluminum was <br />appropriate for this historic building. Because the applicant had intended this as an informal hearing, no vote was taken. <br />7:10 PM <br />1656 Massachusetts Avenue: This address was listed on the Agenda by mistake. <br />7:15 PM <br />1792 Massachusetts Avenue: <br />Amran Haq, of `Im Wireless, Verizon' proposed a plan for signage in the Battle Green District. The proposed work would <br />be a renovation of the storefront including a new sign, lighting, base brick reduction, retiling of the entry way, and <br />painting woodwork. The signage would use new LED (3000K) lighting in place of existing halogen bulbs. It would <br />measure 224" X 21.5" X 3/4" with PVC Panel. The color would be a Verizon PMS red with white 3/4 thick check mark and <br />Verizon letters. Stud mounted in PVC would be a white /z' thick "IM Wireless Premium Wireless Retailer" text. The <br />
