<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MARCH 23, 2015 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Lexington High School, Room 143, was <br />called to order 6:04 p.m. by Chairman Charles Hornig, with members Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, <br />Richard Canale, Timothy Dunn, and planning staff Maryann McCall-Taylor, Aaron Henry and <br />Lori Kaufman present. Ms. Ginna Johnson joined the meeting in progress. <br /> <br />***********************DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION********************** <br />Cubist proposed Amendment to CD-9, request to withdraw without prejudice: <br /> <br />The applicant sent a letter requesting the withdrawal of the application without prejudice. <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 4-0, to accept the applicant’s request to <br />withdraw the application without prejudice. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />4 Hartwell Place, 101- 113 Hartwell Avenue, Special Permit with Site Plan Review: <br /> <br />Present were Ed Grant, attorney, Tom Ragno, Steve Lynch, Mike Diminico, and Tyson Renoso of <br />King Properties, David Kelly of Kelly Engineering Group, David Godfroy and Randy Kreie of <br />Dimella Shaffer Architects, and Jeff Hodgson of Wagner Hodgson Landscape Architects. There <br />were no abutters present. <br /> <br />The applicant reviewed the plans submitted to the Board regarding this project, which consisted <br />of three property sites and was being presented as one. The proposal included the construction of <br />a new 85,000 square foot building with a footprint of 29,500 square feet to be known as 115 <br />Hartwell Avenue. The parking would be reconfigured and a pavilion added to provide a place for <br />employees to eat using daily food trucks. There was a brief overview of the submitted landscape <br />plan. It was explained that the PTDM would include support of the REV bus, showers for <br />employees who biked to work and an aggressive marketing plan to reduce the use of single <br />occupancy vehicles. <br />Ms. Johnson joined the meeting in progress. <br /> <br />A connection between 4 Hartwell Place and 101 Hartwell Avenue was proposed to reduce street <br />traffic.
