This
request is for relief of providing ADA compliant bathrooms in two units of the
condominium building.
As a Commission, we have many unanswered questions, so we are
requesting the AAB to please hold off on discussing this variance until our
concerns are heard. The entire complex is not accessible so we do not understand
why they are seeking relief from compliance for bathrooms located on the second
floor. There are no elevators or chair lifts to the second floor.
We are hoping theta we can engage in some meaningful discussions with
architect and owner to address our concerns.
Thank you for considering our request to delay your decision about this
variance. Please feel free to contact us if there any questions.
Sincerely,
Victoria Buckley, Chair
Cell phone 617-997-5472
1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420
