<br />Commission on Disability <br />Minutes of Meeting on November 7, 2013 <br />In Attendance: <br />Victoria Buckley, Chair, Linda Vine, Assistant Town Manager and ADA Coordinator, <br />Janet Perry, Julie Miller, Francine Stieglitz, Michael Martignetti, and Sue Cusack <br /> <br />Approval of last monthÔs minutes, which were SeptemberÔs, as there was no meeting in <br />October <br /> <br />Discussion of how to proceed with handicapped parking fines Ï Commission could ask Town <br />Meeting to vote on assignment of handicapped parking fines to them. If we decide to do so, we need <br />to have the fines increased and provide a list of ways we would use the money. <br /> <br />Parking issues for businesses in Lexington Ï There are several parking areas of businesses <br />identified by a resident with a disability that need to be reviewed. Len will take on this project. <br /> <br />Parker Meadow Accessibility Ï CDC grant for Beaver Pond accessibility Ï Michael <br />Martignetti is interested in being the liaison from the Commission. <br /> <br />Additional new business and update on new projects Ï Reminders were made to watch the <br />snow plowing issues to see if they need to be addressed. <br />
