He will remove rails, <br />balusters, screen enclosures and rotted wood. He will replace rails, balusters and floor with pressure treated wood. <br />Approved <br />All in favor <br />7:10 PM <br />14 Curve Street: <br /> Aaron Simms, Astrum Solar, presented plans to install ten Yingli 250w solar panels on the roof. One <br />inch conduit will be placed on the side of the house (cannot be painted). A solar inverter and two meters will be installed <br />on the outside of the house. <br />Approved <br />4 in favor, 1 opposed <br />7:15 PM <br />847 Massachusetts Avenue: <br /> Colin Smith presented plans for a two family home, two car garage and mudroom and front <br />porch repair. The barn will be painted yellow (matching existing). Windows will be Windsor Pinnacle series 2 over 2 <br />windows. Windows will be all wood. New gutters will match existing aluminum gutters.
