<br />October 3, 2013 <br />PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE <br />HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION <br />Minutes of Thursday, April 3, 2014, Selectmen Meeting Room, Town Hall Building at 7:00PM <br />Commissioners present: Joseph Welch, Chairman, Lynn Hopkins, Robert Warshawer, Paul Ross, Daniel <br />Griffin <br />Associate Commissioners: Marilyn Fenollosa <br />Department Clerk: Linda Rainville <br /> <br />7:00 PM <br />1727 Massachusetts Avenue: <br /> Signage in the Battle Green District <br />7:05 PM <br />1048 Massachusetts Avenue: <br />Nick Afshartous addressed the Commission regarding plans to <br />take down the chimney in the back of his house. He will patch the roof with shingles matching <br />what is on the roof at this time. <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br />INFORMAL HEARINGS <br />Lexbikewalkbusweek: <br />No one appeared <br />1475 Massachusetts Avenue (Muzzey High Condo): <br /> Carol Shum spoke to the Commission <br />regarding installing solar panels at Muzzey High Condos. She was encouraged to speak with <br />some solar companies and come back with the plans they give her. <br />21 Muzzey Street: <br /> Sally DeGan presented initial plans of a structure to be built at 21 Muzzey <br />Street. The Commission was pleased with the plans. They will come back to an HDC meeting <br />in the near future. <br />Minutes approved as written <br />
