He will patch the roof with shingles matching <br />what is on the roof at this time. <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br />INFORMAL HEARINGS <br />Lexbikewalkbusweek: <br />No one appeared <br />1475 Massachusetts Avenue (Muzzey High Condo): <br /> Carol Shum spoke to the Commission <br />regarding installing solar panels at Muzzey High Condos. She was encouraged to speak with <br />some solar companies and come back with the plans they give her. <br />21 Muzzey Street: <br /> Sally DeGan presented initial plans of a structure to be built at 21 Muzzey <br />Street. The Commission was pleased with the plans. They will come back to an HDC meeting <br />in the near future. <br />Minutes approved as written <br />
