<br /> <br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF JUNE 16, 2014 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Parker Room, Town Office <br />Building was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Chairman Charles Hornig, with members Nancy <br />Corcoran-Ronchetti, Richard Canale and Timothy Dunn and planning staff Maryann McCall- <br />Taylor and Aaron Henry present. Gregory Zurlo joined the meeting in progress. <br /> <br />Mr. Hornig opened the meeting by reporting that Mr. Zurlo was resigning from the Planning <br />Board effective June 17, 2014. <br /> <br />***************************SPECIAL TOWN MEETING*************************** <br /> <br />430 Concord Avenue updatesThe Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was modified based <br />on negotiations by the Board of Selectmen. Board members noted that many of their outstanding <br />concerns had been addressed in the document. The MOU will be discussed with the Board of <br />Selectmen at the Selectmen’s meeting later tonight. <br /> <br />**********************DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION*********************** <br />Manor House, Woburn Street In 2010 the RD-5 zone was amended to allow the addition of 51 <br />units in one building. The project is now coming to the Zoning Board of Appeals with a <br />Definitive Site Development and Use Plan and for a special permit. Compared with the <br />Preliminary Site Development and Use plan, about 15 items are being changed. Staff will review <br />the submission and comment to the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> <br />Mr. Zurlo joined the meeting. <br /> <br />******************************OTHER MATTERS******************************** <br />Zoning Reform Act The bill has been favorably reported out of the Ways and Means Committee. <br />The legislature is contemplating adding a phase-in period. The Board members discussed whether <br />they should write a letter in support of the bill. Staff was instructed to resend or affirm the <br />previous letter sent in support. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
