<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MARCH 24, 2014 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Parker Room, was called to order <br />at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Charles Hornig, with members Richard Canale, Greg Zurlo, Nancy <br />Corcoran-Ronchetti, and Timothy Dunn and planning staff Maryann McCall-Taylor, Aaron <br />Henry, and Lori Kaufman present. <br /> <br />Mr. Hornig announced in the interest of transparency that Mr. Zurlo does not currently reside in <br />the Town of Lexington, but would return as soon as possible and intended to continue to serve as <br />a member of the Planning Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Hornig said that an Open Meeting Law complaint was filed regarding the meeting of March <br />12, 2014, which was reviewed by Town Counsel and determined that no violation was made to <br />the Open Meeting Law. <br /> <br />************************DEVELOPMENT REGUALTIONS ************************ <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />Proposed Subdivision Regulations rewrite: <br /> <br />Mr. Hornig called the public hearing to order at 6:02 p.m. There were 15 people in the audience. <br />Mr. Mark Bobrowski gave a brief overview of the development regulation changes and was <br />present to answer any questions. <br /> <br />The Board received written comments from Fred Russell, Joe Marino, and Frank Sandy. <br />Public Comments: <br /> <br /> <br /> How would the information for the subdivision regulations for chapter 175 be <br />incorporated with the remainder of section 175 not included in this draft? The regulations <br />would be renumbered and would work with the existing regulations during the transition. <br /> <br /> Did the definition on dead end streets change? No, it would be addressed in the <br />regulations and would remain the same. <br /> <br />
